I come from the ancestral homeland of Buddha and Lord Mahavira, located in the foothills of the Himalayas, a place deeply rooted in the eternal culture of Sanātana Dharma, which has shown the world the path of true dharma time and again.
My yoga journey began at the young age of 10, when my father used to take me to yoga ceremonies every day. My family has been connected to yoga and Ayurveda for over 25 years. From morning yoga rituals to daily meditation, mindful living has been my way of life for as long as I can remember.
I am a practitioner trained in the traditional sciences of yoga, following the lineage of Krishnamacharya, as well as in classical Ayurvedic practices, rooted in the sacred heritage of India, especially the spiritually rich region of Bihar. I specialize in gentle and effective techniques such as Zero Resistance Yoga, pranayama, cleansing kriyas, and Ayurvedic massage—practices that nurture and preserve the breath, our most vital resource.
