10 Days · Shodhana

A deeper purification programme for those who are ready to move beyond a seasonal reset.

Ten days allow enough time to properly prepare the body, undertake the principal purification when indicated, and give the body space to recover afterwards.

The programme may include several days of Snehana, Abhyanga and Swedana before the principal Shodhana procedure. Depending on your constitution and assessment, this may involve Virechana, Basti, Nasya or another appropriate classical approach.

The final stage includes Samsarjana Krama, rest and post-treatment guidance so that the transition back into everyday life is gradual rather than abrupt.

1. Best suited for: those seeking a more substantial Ayurvedic reset, people who already have a reasonably stable routine, or those with previous experience of Ayurvedic therapies who are ready for a deeper level of work.
