Ten days is enough to run a complete Shodhana cycle the way the texts intend, with real preparation before and real recovery after, not a rushed cleanse.

1. Purvakarma: several days of internal oleation (snehapana) with daily oil and steam (abhyanga + swedana), drawing the accumulated residue (ama) back to the tract where it can be cleared.
2. Pradhankarma: the principal eliminative karma for your constitution and imbalance, most often Virechana (therapeutic purgation) or Basti (medicated enema, held in the texts as half of all treatment).
3. Paschatkarma: a full samsarjana krama and a short rasayana (rejuvenation) tail, protecting the freshly cleaned system.

Who it is for: someone ready for a real cleanse who wants it done correctly rather than quickly, ideally with a settled rhythm already in place. Strong as an add-on to Parivartana or Pūrnatā.
