The complete Panchakarma, unhurried. Fourteen days allows the full arc: extended preparation, a primary cleanse, and a real rejuvenation phase, with medical oversight throughout.

1. Purvakarma: extended snehana and swedana across several days, diet and herbs shifting the body toward release.
2. Pradhankarma: the primary eliminative therapies selected for your constitution and condition, sequenced rather than combined, so each does its work.
3. Paschatkarma: a complete samsarjana krama and a proper rasayana tail, rebuilding ojas (vitality and immunity) so you leave stronger, not depleted.

Who it is for: someone with an established practice ready for the deepest classical reset, or a Pūrnatā member adding the clinical layer once the rest of the programme is working. Not a first step.
