The most comprehensive level of Ayurvedic purification we offer.

Fourteen days allow significantly more space for the complete process: assessment, preparation, principal purification, recovery and rejuvenation.

The programme begins with detailed Ayurvedic assessment and extended preparation. Internal and external oleation, Abhyanga, Swedana, dietary preparation and other supportive therapies may be incorporated according to individual need.

The principal Panchakarma procedure is then selected by the Ayurvedic doctor. Where appropriate, this may include Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya or other classical procedures.

The programme concludes with a carefully structured recovery period, including Samsarjana Krama and, where indicated, rejuvenative support through Rasayana.

This is not designed as a quick wellness experience. It is the deepest level of traditional Ayurvedic purification and requires appropriate preparation, commitment and medical assessment.

Best suited for: individuals who are physically and mentally prepared for a deeper programme, those with established Ayurvedic routines or previous Panchakarma experience, and clients for whom a more comprehensive classical approach has been specifically recommended
